I discovered a love for essential oils 5 years ago when I got shingles and had to clean up everything I was exposed to; food, beauty products, cleaning products, you name it!
It's been such a journey (if you're interested I wrote more about it on my about me page) and I've learned SO much, including how essential oils are a major life saver because they're all natural and have so many different uses.
